The Spanish Flamenco Dress has changed in style from the classical dresses that you see on this page to the more modern close fitting costumes that are now worn in Spain today during the various ferias.

The classical style Flamenco dresses are particularly suitable to wear as an Equestrian Costume because of the fullness of the skirt. Although traditionally these dresses are worn by pillion riders the dresses look stunning worn by riders during Horse Parades and Fiestas.

This style of dress is very popular with horse riders although they are no

longer being made in Spain as the fashion has moved on. I have travelled throughout Andalusia for the last five years and found many fabulous Spanish Flamenco costumes. It is satisfying to know that they are enjoyed by new owners in different parts of the world and given a new lease of life.
